1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using the Blue Carbon Gold platform ("Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Platform.
2. Description of Service
Blue Carbon Gold is developing software for organizing coastal-restoration project information, supporting evidence, and status records. The Platform is currently in a controlled beta and access may be limited, changed, or withdrawn while development continues.
3. Controlled-Beta Scope
The public Platform does not offer a token sale, cryptocurrency payment service, liquidity product, security, tradable financial product, or automated blockchain settlement. Internal beta records are not carbon credits, registry certificates, or guarantees of environmental outcomes. Any estimate is provisional and may change as evidence is reviewed.
4. User Accounts
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You agree to provide accurate information and to update it as necessary. You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account.
5. Risks
Nature-based projects and early-stage software carry operational, scientific, verification, regulatory, and delivery risks. Information on the Platform is provided for general informational purposes and should not be treated as financial, legal, or tax advice.
6. Intellectual Property
All content, code, and materials on the Platform are owned by Blue Carbon Gold or its licensors. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without express written permission.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Blue Carbon Gold shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Platform.
8. Governing Law
These Terms are subject to applicable law. Additional jurisdiction-specific terms may apply before any paid service or broader public offering becomes available.
9. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of material changes through the Platform. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
