By accessing or using the Blue Carbon Gold platform ("Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Platform.
2. Description of Service
Blue Carbon Gold provides a platform for contributing to verified blue carbon restoration projects through structured tranches. The Platform issues Regeneration Receipts, Project Packs, and Index Tokens as described in our Disclosures.
3. Platform Classification
Contributions made through the Platform are not deposits, loans, or purchases of securities. Receipts, Packs, and Index Tokens are not financial instruments and do not represent equity, debt, or any claim on future revenue. Projected outcomes are estimates and are not guaranteed.
4. User Accounts
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You agree to provide accurate information and to update it as necessary. You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account.
5. Risks
Nature-based carbon projects carry inherent risks. Please review ourDisclosures for a detailed description of risks associated with the Platform.
6. Intellectual Property
All content, code, and materials on the Platform are owned by Blue Carbon Gold or its licensors. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without express written permission.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Blue Carbon Gold shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Platform.
8. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws. Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration.
9. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of material changes through the Platform. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
